A. Payment Options

I. Domestic shipments:

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, in as far as nothing to the contrary has been determined in the respective product description:

The payment types stated do not apply for orders made for official usages. In these cases your cost centre will automatically be debited.

II. I. International shipments:

For deliveries outside of Germany we offer the following payment options, in as far as nothing to the contrary has been determined in the respective product description:

By default we only deliver to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order shipment is effected using DPD, UPS, DHL or by carrier.  The respective shipment costs incurred can be seen in the table below.

Should you require shipment to another country, please send us an email 
(info@der-hagemann.de) and state the item including the quantity and the delivery address in said country with the corresponding postcode.  We shall then tell you promptly whether we are also able to send shipments to the country in question or not and we may or may not already then be able to tell you the shipment costs, as shipment feasibility has to be ascertained from our shipping partner first.  

B. Shipment costs

I. Shipment within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge 6,90 Euro/net per parcel. For shipments to German islands we charge an Island Surcharge of 5.00 Euros.

II. Shipments abroad:

We deliver climate neutral to the following countries. The shipping costs are determined individually for each order based on the weight:

C. Delivery times

When delivering to countries outside of the European Union further costs may in individual cases be incurred, which shall be borne by the customer and not the seller. These include for instance costs for money transfers by credit institutes (e.g. bank transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

I. Domestic Deliveries:

The delivery time takes approx. between one and two working days.  No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.  Should an item in isolated instances not be in store or should it not be available for immediate delivery and delivery times are subsequently extended correspondingly, the respective product page shall state this separately.

II. International deliveries:

The delivery time takes approx. between five and seven working days.  No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.  Should an item in isolated instances not be in store or should it not be available for immediate delivery and delivery times are subsequently extended correspondingly, the respective product page shall state this separately.
