Your right to cancel and Cancellation form

Consumers have a right to cancel as follows (consumer defined as any individual conducting a legal transaction in any capacity other than as a self-employed or other business professional):

Your right to cancel 

You are legally entitled to cancel this contract within 14 days. You do not need to provide any reasons for cancellation.

The 14 days commence when you or a third party known to you take receipt of the last item. 

To exercise this right, you must expressly notify us of your decision to cancel the contract (e.g. in writing by post, by fax or email). You may use the Returns Form attached for this purpose if you wish.

You are deemed to have acted within the 14 day period as long as the notification of your intention to cancel is despatched within this period. 

Cancellation process

If you choose to cancel this contract then we are obliged to refund any payments you have made to us including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method we offer) promptly and within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed with you otherwise. You will not under any circumstances be charged any fees for this refund. We are entitled to refuse to make this refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof of despatch, whichever is sooner.

It is your responsibility to return or otherwise surrender the goods to us without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation of the contract. You are deemed to have acted within the 14 day period as long as the goods are despatched within this period. 

You will bear the direct costs associated with return of the goods.

You will not be responsible for any eventual reduction in value of the goods arising purely from handling necessary to determine their peculiar qualities, construction and functionality. 

General information 

1. Please ensure not to damage or otherwise pollute the products. Please return the products wherever possible in their original packaging together with any accessories and other packaging components. Please use protective packaging where necessary. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please ensure any packaging used provides adequate protection from damages in transit 

2. Please ensure where possible that the goods are returned to us with carriage prepaid. 

3. Please note that clauses 1 and 2 above are not preconditions to the effective exercise of your right to cancel.
